Your appointment is very important to us. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we ask respectfully for as much notice as possible in the event you need to cancel or reschedule.   Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.  We ask that if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service. If you "no show" without calling us to let us know you won't make your appointment time, your card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If this happens multiple times, you will no longer be able to reserve any future appointments at Hair For You Salon & Spa.
